Ram Kumar Lama's career in the coffee industry began in 2012 at Costa Coffee in Dubai, where he acquired a solid grounding in coffee preparation, customer service and operational management. With more than a decade of practical experience and a deep passion for the world of speciality coffees, he is currently the co-founder of Dong Coffee. His daily focus is on procurement (sourcing), roasting and serving high-quality coffees, ensuring that each cup is served with the utmost care and technical precision.
