About Sandra Ventura
Sandra Ventura is a Q Grader, SCA Authorised Trainer (AST) and coffee consultant, dedicated to raising quality standards and knowledge in speciality coffee. She has extensive experience in green coffee evaluation, sensory analysis, roasting and speciality coffee competitions. Brewing, Sandra works directly with roasters and professionals to refine quality protocols and develop robust, competitive coffee programmes.
As well as consultancy work, she is an active figure in the global coffee community as a competition judge, educator and speaker. Her work focuses on supporting the development of professionals across the industry, sharing the technical knowledge needed to transform the sector.
