With a degree in Gastronomy and training in Mixology, he has built a solid foundation that combines technique and sensitivity, finding in coffee his main means of expression.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">Born in Recife, Pernambuco, Gustavo brings with him the cultural influences and resilience that have moulded his vision of hospitality. His origin is a fundamental pillar of his professional identity and the authentic way he communicates through flavour. He has specialised in the speciality coffee sector, developing a keen sensitivity to unlocking the potential of each bean through technical control and respect for the product.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">Her career also includes a foray into the world of natural wines, where she has worked in curation and operations, always focussing on authenticity and the expression of origin. She is currently dedicated exclusively to the Filtr\u00f4 project, where she coordinates everything from selection and roasting to service and the final customer experience.
