She has extensive experience in green coffee evaluation, sensory analysis, roasting and speciality coffee competitions. <em>Brewing<\/em>, Sandra works directly with roasters and professionals to refine quality protocols and develop robust, competitive coffee programmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As well as consultancy work, she is an active figure in the global coffee community as a competition judge, educator and speaker.
