With 33 participants (including professional baristas and enthusiasts) vying for the title, the competition follows a high-intensity direct elimination format. In groups of three, the competitors take to the stage with the world's most advanced “survival kit”: the versatility of Goat Story Gina, the precision of Comandante C40 grinders, the speed of Sibarist filters and the precise chemistry of APAX Lab and Third Wave Water minerals. Everyone has 15 minutes to tame the Geisha coffee and present their best version.
