From classics such as cold brew or espresso tonic, to unlikely combinations with matcha, fruit, spices and the new plant-based drinks from the Alpro Barista range - this is the time to experiment, taste and take ideas home (or onto your coffee shop menu).
You'll learn extraction techniques for cold drinks, how to balance flavours with different plant bases, and how to put together visually appealing drinks (perfect for sharing on Instagram and at the bar). The workshop includes tasting, practical demonstrations and space for questions and improvisation.
